Solar Spa Club does pressure washing and house washing across the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, Conejo and Simi valleys, from Granada Hills to Valencia. We pressure wash walkways and softwash roofs, stucco and other surfaces that can’t take force. Estimates are free. Call (818) 913-1626 Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm, or request an estimate.
What is house washing and softwashing?
It’s a low pressure wash. We apply a cleaning solution that loosens algae, mildew and grime, let it work, and rinse it off. The solution does the cleaning, so we don’t rely on force.
That matters on surfaces that don’t tolerate force well, like roofing, stucco and wood.

Can you softwash a roof?
Yes, both tile and shingle. Roofs pick up algae, moss and black streaks, especially on shaded or north-facing slopes where moisture sticks around. Softwashing treats the roof at low pressure so we aren’t blasting granules off shingles or chipping tile.
We work on the roof, and we’re insured. If there are solar panels on it, we clean them separately. More on our roof cleaning page.
Can you softwash the house exterior and stucco?
Yes. Stucco is porous, and it holds green and gray growth, dust and spider webs. A low pressure wash with a cleaning solution lifts it without driving water into the surface. We also wash siding, trim and eaves.

Do you offer pressure washing?
Yes, on walkways. Plain concrete walkways can take pressure, and pressure is the fastest way to lift oil, grime and ground-in dirt from them.
Roofs, stucco, siding, fences, decks and painted surfaces are different. High pressure can strip granules off a roof, push water behind stucco and gouge wood. Those get a softwash. We choose the method for the surface, so you don’t have to.
What about walkways, driveways and patios?
Walkways get a pressure wash, and we can do the entry and side yard on the same visit. Driveways and patios aren’t part of our standard service. Ask us about them and we’ll tell you what we can do.
Do you clean fences, decks and pool areas?
Yes. Wood fences and decks turn gray and slick with mildew. Pool decks and surrounding hardscape get slippery as well. Softwashing is gentler on wood than a pressure washer.

How is softwashing different from pressure washing?
A pressure washer blasts the surface. Softwashing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution. Pressure can etch concrete, splinter wood, strip paint and push water into places it shouldn’t go. We use low pressure where the surface calls for it.
Is it safe for landscaping and solar panels?
We rinse plants and protect landscaping before and after we work. We do not wash solar panels with the softwash solution. We clean panels separately, by hand, with purified water, as described on our solar panel cleaning page.
How often should I have my house washed?
There’s no single schedule. Results depend on shade, moisture and the surface. A damp, shaded wall will need attention sooner than a sunny one. Most customers call when they see green streaks, black stains or a dingy walkway, and we’ll tell you what we expect for your property.
How much does house washing cost?
The surface and its size set the baseline. After that, the number of stories, how hard the roof is to reach, and how much algae, moss or staining is present all move the price. Estimates are free.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not. We need access to the areas being cleaned and a water source. Let us know about pets, gates and anything you’d like left alone.
Can I bundle house washing with other services?
Yes. It pairs well with solar panel cleaning and window cleaning, since the crew is already on site. We also do gutter cleaning.
All our work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll come back and make it right at no additional cost.
